TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Elaborate and Exclusive Packages are based on a minimum of 120 guests.
  • The Exquisite Package is based on a minimum of 100 guests.
  • A deposit of €500 is required to secure your preferred date. After two weeks this becomes a non-refundable amount.
  • 50% of the cost of the wedding to be paid 3 months prior to the wedding date.
  • Balance of the account to be secured by credit card and paid in full on day of departure.
  • The sum will include additional costing incurred over the duration of the event.
  • Menus and wine choice must be confirmed at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
  • Chargeable numbers of weddings guests must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the wedding date.
  • It is policy of the Ramada Hotel & Suites at Lough Allen not to accept wines brought in for an event.
  • Ramada Hotel & Suites at Lough Allen reserves the right to alter menus in accordance with quality procedure and availability of products.
  • Ramada Hotel & Suites at Lough Allen reserves the right to substitute equivalent wines at its discretion.
  • All prices are subject to inflationary increases and other increases beyond our control.
  • Discounted accommodation is to be reserved through the bride & groom only and secured by credit card.
