It is always our great pleasure to be part of the planning of an event of any kind. Our commitment to the successful outcome of such events means that we should be regarded as a team member, taking full ownership of your objectives. Organising any event at Ramada Hotel and Suites at Lough Allen is actually pleasurable as you will find the professional and personal approach reassuring and inspirational. An event can be fully customised but to facilitate easy planning we also offer inclusive conference packages. The benefit of such packages is that it provides the planner with a reassurance that all the needs will be met and the cost can be controlled, as it is a set charge per delegate.

If a package is chosen, the minimum required number of delegates will be charged, even if less attend. The number of partricipants in excess of the specified minimum will be charged at the delegate rate. The number charged will be the final number confirmed 24 hours prior to the event.

Full day delegate rate – 9.00am until 5.30pm

This includes:

• Meeting room hire
• Pads, pencils, mineral water, sweets
• Flipchart, overhead projector, multi media projection
• 2 coffee breaks consisting of tea, coffee, home-made biscuits, scones (in the morning)
• 2-course lunch
• Min. number of delegates -
  • Leitrim Suite 10 persons 42.50 euro p.p.
  • Moorlands suite 25 persons 46.50 euro p.p.
  • In the Moorlands Suite, for every additional 10 delegates a reduction of 5.00 euro per delegate for all delegates will apply (lowest rate will be 35.00 euro p.p.).

Delegate rate: Gold

• Leitrim Suite 55.00 euro p.p.
• Moorlands Suite 58.50 euro p.p.

Full day delegate rate plus:

• Fresh fruit
• Soft drink buffet
• Selection of pastries throughout meeting

24 hour delegate rate - 175.00 euro p.p.

• Full day delegate rate (for delegate rate Gold, supplement will apply)
• Overnight stay and breakfast the following morning
• 3-course dinner
• Pre-dinner cocktail reception and canapés

Breakfast Brainstorm

From 8.00am until 10.30 am Your opportunity to plan strategies and agree action plans, in the seclusion of the upper part of the Drumlin Bar. 19.50 euro p.p. for minimum of 5 people, greater numbers can be accommodated in the Leitrim suite; ( room hire will then apply)
